Kumo IT Services, Inc. has an opening for the position of Software Developer (Ref# SD88SS).

Work Location: Farmington Hills, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties: Design, develop, implement, test, maintain, and support business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs, and major enhancements of existing systems for client projects, using Salesforce technologies. Analyze and implement user requirements or business demands into software programs using Salesforce and related technologies. Develop new user functionality using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. Create configurable design for the LWC using custom metadata to render the business use case scenarios. Create new REST integration for the Salesforce documents. Develop scalable applications that can be reused with configurable changes using custom metadata. Enhance the applications based on different business scenarios using the record types, web components, and Apex to perform integrations and business logic. Perform code deployments from lower environments to SIT, UAT, and pre-production environments. Write unit test code that covers the produced components. Demonstrate the code changes for peer review before each release. Demonstrate the overall functionality to the stakeholders after each development. Maintain security certificates of the application if any to ensure that the integrated system is protected. Use of Salesforce.com, Apex, Lightning, Aura, Visualforce, Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX), SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, Visual Studio Code, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, jQuery, XML, Git, and SQL Server.

Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Salesforce Developer or related experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript. 40hrs/week.
